This policy explains what information Master Car Rental collects when you use this site and book a vehicle, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you book we ask for the information needed for the rental: first and last name, phone, email, home address, date of birth and country. Optionally, your driver's license number and photos, your flight details if you use the Mercedita Airport (PSE) pickup, and the additional driver's details if you add one.

How we use it

To process and manage your booking and the rental agreement, verify requirements (minimum age and a valid license), coordinate the vehicle pickup and return, and communicate with you by phone, email or WhatsApp about your rental.

Who we share it with

With RentSyst, the system that manages our bookings, and with the secure payment gateway to process card payments. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Card payments

Payment is completed on the secure payment gateway. Your card details are entered directly there; this site does not store card numbers.

Storage in your browser

The site stores your language preference and an autosave of the booking form in your own browser, for your convenience. You can remove them by clearing your browsing data.

Retention and security

We keep your information for as long as needed for the rental and business obligations, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.

Your choices

You can contact us at 787-419-0000 to access, correct or request deletion of your information.

Minors

Our service is for people 21 or older.

Changes

We may update this policy; the current version will always be published on this page.
