We welcome customers from any country. You need a valid driver's license in your name: US and Puerto Rico licenses are accepted as they are; if you come from another country, bring your valid license and your passport (if the license is not in the Latin alphabet, add an international driving permit). The minimum age to rent is 21; drivers aged 21 to 24 pay an additional daily fee. You also need a Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit or debit card in your name (no American Express, no cash) with funds for the rental and the deposit.
The credit or debit card must be in the main driver's name. You cannot use someone else's card.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. If the car is returned with evidence of smoking, a special $275.00 cleaning fee will apply. Read the no-smoking policy.

In My account you sign in with just your email (we send you a code) to see all your bookings: dates, car, what you paid and the balance; pay the balance by card, upload your license and cancel if you need to. With 3 or more weeks' notice you receive a credit for the amount paid toward a future booking.
