Yes. Free pickup and shuttle to Mercedita Airport (PSE), Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, at no extra cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
The booking holder must have a Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit or debit card in their name, with enough funds for the rental and the security deposit.
How much is the deposit?
At pickup a $200 hold is placed on all vehicles (and $550 for the Ford Transit). It is released as soon as you return the car in the same condition it was given to you, if there are no pending charges.
What insurance does my car include?
Add our Insurance Combo for just $18.95 a day. It includes CDW (collision damage), Public Liability and Roadside Assistance. In case of an accident, the deductible is only $500. One flat price, no surprises.
What documents do I need to rent a car in Ponce?
You need a valid driver's license. The minimum age to rent is 21; drivers under 25 pay a $9.99 per day under-age fee. You'll also need a Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit or debit card in your name (no American Express, no cash) with funds for the rental and the deposit.
Can I use a family member's or friend's card for the deposit?
The credit or debit card must be in the main driver's name. You cannot use someone else's card.
Can I smoke in the rental vehicle?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. If the car is returned with evidence of smoking, a special $275.00 cleaning fee will apply.
